Due to privacy policies, insurance companies will not disclose your insurance plan information to our office.

It is the responsibility of either the patient or insured to find out what their maximum limit is and what percent they are covered at.

If your insurance plan accepts electronic claims submissions, our office will bill directly to them. However, if your coverage is not 100% you are responsible for the difference on the date of service.

Remember to change your toothbrush every 2-3 months, and avoid using hard-bristled toothbrushes, and this can cause tooth sensitivity and promote bleeding gums.
